Marketing Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for
designing and implementing a digital marketing campaign for our GoPano family of
products.
- Communicate and engage with consumers using social media networks.
- Create cost effective, distinctive and targeted advertisements for web, email and print.
- Conduct market research and surveys, assess sales data, and market behavioral patterns.
- Produce novel and vibrant panoramic video content using GoPano products to demonstrate the product experience and value.
- Identify and capture specific target audiences for current and future products.
- Search emerging markets and develop relationships with buyers, distributors and retailers.
- Build and project a consistent brand identity for GoPano.
- Coordinate with our PR agency.
Applicants should demonstrate the following skills to effectively serve in this position:
- Bachelor's degree or greater in a related discipline.
- 5 years experience in a marketing-related position at a consumer products company(or similar).
- Proficient and actively engaged with popular social media networks, including Facebook and Twitter.
- Talent in written and verbal communication, in grammatically correct American English.
- Passion and experience with photography or video production.
- Use of Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Final Cut Pro.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
Quality Assurance Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer, who will be responsible
for continuous testing and validation of our various software products on multiple
platforms.
- Evaluate software on iOS, Mac and Windows computers.
- Evaluate web sites across all supported browsers and platforms.
- Rigorously test new software releases against all features, intended and otherwise.
- Develop automatic testing suites for software products.
- Distill bug reports into concise reproducible cases for the engineering team.
- Work with customer support to address customer issues and write support articles for the web site.
Applicants should demonstrate the following skills to effectively serve in this position:
- Bachelor's degree or greater.
- 3 years experience in an engineering or quality assurance role.
- Capable of rigorous and objective analysis, demonstrating great attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with HTML and JavaScript.
- Capable of script programming in various languages as needed.
The following additional skills are not requirements of the job, but would be beneficial:
- Conversant in programming technologies and languages including Python, C, C++, C# and Objective C.
- Experience with Selenium or similar products for web site testing.
