The GoPano micro may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund. Lenses returned within 30 days in original packaging are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping.
Any GoPano micro products returned with the packaging opened require a 20% restocking fee.
The GoPano plus may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full or partial refund. Lenses returned within 30 days with unopened packaging are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping. Any GoPano plus lenses returned within 30 days from date of receipt require a 10% restocking fee if returned in original condition. This full refund return period may be extended up to 60 days at the discretion of EyeSee360 support personnel if they are unable to assist in resolving camera compatibility issues provided there is a documented support history.
Any GoPano plus lenses returned after 30 days but before 60 days from date of receipt require a 20% restocking fee if returned in original condition.
All returns have to be labeled with a RMA number provided by the GoPano team. Items returned without a RMA number will refused by the GoPano team.
All Returns must meet the following criteria to be considered "original condition":
All parts included in the original shipment (hardware, manuals, discs, tools, etc.) must be included.
No signs of damage: scratches, bent parts, missing pieces, markings, alterations, or additions to the product.
No signs of usage or wear on the product.
Product must be returned with the original box and packing materials (packaging must not be opened in the case of the GoPano micro).
Returns may carry a higher restocking fee if any of the following conditions apply:
There are missing parts; hardware, manuals, discs, nuts/bolts, tools, or packaging materials.
There are signs of damage: scratches, bent parts, missing pieces, markings, alterations, or additions to the product.
There are signs of usage or wear to the product.
There is damage or loss incurred during uninsured shipping to EyeSee360. In this case, EyeSee360 cannot issue any type of refund. Customer will be responsible to submit a claim to their shipping company.
The additional fees that could be applied to a GoPano plus return can include (but not be limited to):
$250 for damaged mirror (this includes any scratches, scuffs, marks or any other issues that affect image quality)
$30 for a damaged or cracked stage
$30 for a damaged center post
$20 for a damaged or missing soft case
$20 for a damaged or missing clamshell case
$5 for damaged or missing packaging
$5 for a missing cleaning cloth
Full retail value for missing software registration codes
Purchaser must ship returns with an approved carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service, and with appropriate levels of shipping insurance for the item being returned. EyeSee360 is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. All shipping costs, VAT, duties and return costs are sole responsibility of customer.
EyeSee360 is not responsible for any lost, packages delivered to incorrect address or undelivered shipments. If a shipment is lost, purchaser must contact shipment carrier for resolution. EyeSee360 does not refund any shipment costs for any lost, packages delivered to incorrect address or undelivered shipments.
