How it works

GoPano plus uses a specially curved mirror. Its shape gathers

light from all directions and reflects it into the lens of your

camera. This single image/video shows everything in a 360° ring

around the GoPano plus. On your computer, this warped image

is transformed ("unwarped") into an interactive scene where

anyone can control the view. Check the documentation for a

quick start up guide.

Software

Once you have the raw photos and/or videos, you'll need our software to edit them. We provide PhotoWarp (for images) and VideoWarp Director (for 360° videos). Whether you're shooting 360° stills, panoramic videos, or both, we've got you covered.

We provide free hosting of your your 360° videos on

www.gopano.com

The PhotoWarp software comes with many output formats for 360° images like flash, QTVR etc.

Camera Compatibility

GoPano Plus is compatible with hundreds of cameras and lenses. To check out your camera, select it below. Contact us if you don't find your camera/lens in this list.

The GoPano plus has a standard 67mm photographic filter thread base which allows it to be easily adapted to fit almost all digital cameras, DSLR lenses and camcorders. With some camera equipment, the addition of a few inexpensive parts are required to complete a GoPano plus camera setup. These parts include Step Rings and Spacer Rings, both of which are available from our online store. Check our camera compatibility database or this chart of common DSLR camera kits to determine if you need any additional accessories.

What's in the box?

The mirror

The new mirror uses an aluminum substrate instead of glass, which makes it incredibly strong and durable. The mirror is fabricated using a NASA-derived single point diamond turning process, the most precise machining process available. Each mirror is inspected to ensure it meets the exacting standards.

The housing

The optic housing is machined from aluminum for durability, with a glare and scratch resistant glass center stage. Bubble levels are strategically placed around the base of the optic. The base has a 67mm thread that's easily adapted to any of the hundreds of cameras/lenses with only basic adaptors. Check the camera database here.

Protective case

The GoPano plus comes with this sturdy

protective clamp-shell designed case.

PhotoWarp

Particularly designed for users of the

GoPano Plus optic, PhotoWarp 2.5

lets you produce quality panoramic

images along with custom web pages

in minutes. PhotoWarp is compatible with

Macs and PCs.

VideoWarp

VideoWarp Director is a powerful tool for producing panoramic videos from the GoPano Plus optic (or any supported optic) and a video camera. Capture 360° videos with the GoPano optic and "unwarp" them in Videowarp Director. VideoWarp is compatible with Mac only.
