Great idea, poor execution. Very disappointed in my GoPano Micro as well. Don't know if the issue is software focussing or just really poor optics.

Oh wow I am glad I came to this site to see these video very poor. Does anyone know if there are any updates to this issue or is this as good as it gets?

@Chris: First things first, Thank you very much for trying out the GoPano micro.

#1. Your videos seems to be little out of focus, Let me point you to a few good ones uploaded by some other GoPano micro users -

#2 We recently had a blog post explaining why the GoPano micro does not record 1080 resolution videos from your 720/1080 iPhone 4/4S. http://goo.gl/XOHXl - the article gives some insights how the tech works, where you are loosing the pixels, & the "focus" issue which you mentioned is not really focus thing but an artifact due to lack of pixels to play with.

#3 We also have a solution for higher resolution video - the GoPano plus. The GoPano plus can be mounted on any camera - a point and shoot to a Red - the better the camera resolution, the better the 360° video.
